Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel their orders within a five-minute window after placing the order. Since our aim is to deliver piping hot pizzas as quickly as possible, this grace period is limited. Any cancellation requests beyond five minutes will not be accommodated as your order would have already been processed.
Return Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our products, BoulderWay does not accept returns. However, if your order is incorrect, damaged, or unsatisfactory, please contact us immediately via +39 06 488 0012. We will evaluate the situation and determine the best course of action to ensure your satisfaction.
Refund Policy
We commit to providing you with fresh and delicious pizzas. If you encounter any issues that are our fault, such as a wrong pizza delivered or a pizza that does not meet our quality standards, please contact us within two hours of order delivery, and we will offer a suitable resolution which may include a partial refund, a discount on your next purchase, or a replacement order.
Refunds are issued at the sole discretion of BoulderWay and will be processed directly to the original payment method. Refund inquiries should be made within 24 hours of the order's delivery time to be eligible for consideration. Please note that it may take up to 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.
Non-Refundable Items
Certain sale items or promotional offers (as indicated at the time of purchase) may be excluded from our refund policy and will be marked as non-refundable. Additionally, orders comprising merely beverages, including juices and lemonades, are considered final and non-refundable after the delivery has been accepted.
