'BoulderWay' originated from a modest aspiration: to serve true Neapolitan pizza in Via Nazionale. Established by the Rossi lineage in 1985, we began as a quaint family-operated diner with time-honored recipes shared across generations.

The visionary behind our establishment, Marco Rossi, perfected her pizza-crafting skills during her sojourns in Italy, where she learned from renowned pizzaiolos in Naples — the cradle of pizza. After her homecoming to the UK, her mission was to replicate the essence of quintessential Italian pizza, adhering to traditional crafting techniques and selecting premium components.

Our humble pizzeria with just 12 seats has evolved into a cherished neighborhood staple; nevertheless, our dedication to excellence and genuineness remains unchanged. We persist in using our original wood-fire ovens, making our dough from scratch each day, and seeking out the most exceptional ingredients obtainable.

Today, 'BoulderWay' is still under the stewardship of our family, now with the Rossi family’s second generation at the helm, leading our devoted crew. While we have adopted certain contemporary practices, the core philosophy of our enterprise endures: forging delectable, genuine pizza that unites communities.
